Following three weeks of maximum points across the club (including two concessions to the 4’s) this weekend sees the conclusion of the League season.
With each of our teams competing in divisions of ten, all four sides are safe from relegation but only the seconds have a chance of promotion should they finish second in their league. The current state of play is as follows:
1st XI Currently 4th could also finish 3rd or 5th
2nd XI Currently 3rd could also finish 2nd
3rd XI Currently 6th could also finish 5th or 7th
4th XI Currently 4th could also finish 3rd
On Sunday there is an end of season intra club match being dubbed “The Ashes” to celebrate the life of our former President Norman Chase, after which Norman’s Ashes will be scattered on the main Square.
